Guest suite on private property overlooking beautiful Lake. just 10 min from UCF and 15 minutes to downtown Orlando. Disney is 34 miles while Universal is only 15 miles from the house. This cozy guest suite includes, a private parking spot, luxury rainfall shower, Comfortable Queen size bed, Smart TV, full size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and washer and dryer. The back patio overlooking the lake makes it the perfect spot to watch the sunset while sitting in your private hot tub. The space This guest suite studio is located directly behind the main house right next to the lake. The private space is complete with a private patio and living space. There is a designated gravel parking area located directly on the side of the house. Enter your oasis to find a beautiful kitchen with high end appliances and all you will need to cook meals including pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware and more. The living space includes a comfortable couch and chair along with a cozy queen size bed. There is a stackable washer and dryer in case you need to do some laundry while in town. Laundry detergent is provided! Out back on the patio there is a grill and outdoor dining table for your enjoyment! If you would like to eat inside there are TV trays in the laundry room. High speed Wi-Fi is provided, along with a Samsung smart TV to stream Netflix, Hulu, and all your favorite TV shows during your down time. Also, the host is on site if you need anything. Guest access The guesthouse suite is yours during your stay. Once you arrive you will receive an entry code for the smart lock. Other things to note Self Check in 24/7. Key instructions will be sent before arrival. I like to hear from guests when they first arrive to make sure they have everything they need. I live on the property but respect your privacy. Guests are welcome to text, call, or message if you need anything! **We have a Golden Retriever named Marley that you may see in our fenced in backyard. He is very friendly and loves to say hello! You are welcome to pet him if you see him outside!
