It is am entire place(a duplex apartment), comprising of 2 sitting rooms and 6 bedrooms, with 4 kitchens and 6 bathroom and toilets. Good for a large family of 18 (12 adults and 6 children) or for a travelling group either on official trip or on holiday making. This place is very accessible(located on a high street in Gwarinpa). Uniquely furnished with stylish wood work. The space This place is on a high street with several eateries, lounges, sports bar, barbecue spots etc around it. It has a lively atmosphere. However, there is this serenity surprisingly, inside. Giving the guests that comfort and privacy despite being on a high street. The entire property(6bedroom and 2 sitting rooms)can be taken up eg by a family or a travelling group or by an organisation, to serve as a guest house for their staff. Guest access A sitting area outside the building but inside the compound were a guest can sitout for fresh air. This area can also serve as a smoking area. Other things to note In addition to having kitchens, our TVs are all smart, with wide flat screens. Guests can enjoy Netflix, YouTube and other entertainment channels apart from the cable TV channels. All spaces are well air-conditioned. There is a private balcony upstairs. The parking is free inside but has a limited space. There is also free parking on the street.
