Make yourself at home in this stylish & peaceful, centrally located ground floor Victorian apartment. Beulah is a beautifully furnished & well equipped apartment in the historic seaside town of sunny Scarborough. Beulah sleeps up to 4 guests so is perfect for couples and small families. We can also arrange a travel cot for your little one. We are also pet friendly and happy to accommodate 1 well behaved dog. We are sure your stay will be cosy, comfortable & very memorable. The space This recently renovated Victorian apartment feels a home from home, and has been decorated to reflect its location. Touches of blues, greens and white add a sense of grandeur to your stay. The large high ceiling living room is an ideal social space with two sofas, TV and dining area. Theres a Smart TV so you can lounge in front of the telly, or log into your favourite streaming services and have a film night with cosy blankets a plenty. Jigsaws, board games and cards are available for a relaxed afternoon. One of the Sofas coverts to a sofa bed and sleeps 2 and is considered a small double. The hallway leads you to the brand new kitchen which is equipped with essential items and has a appliances which include an excellent Beko cooker, fridge/freezer and tea and coffee making facilities. We’ll leave some cleaning equipment out such as cloths & tea towels as well as washing up liquid. There is also a large self contained private courtyard to the rear, where you can enjoy a dinner with the family outside while enjoying the sunshine. The bedroom is relaxed with soft cotton bedsheets, bedside tables as well as some where to hang your clothes to keep the rooms clutter and stress free. The newly refurbished bathroom is roomy with a large power shower to the rear of the bedroom. Scarborough has a lot to offer visitors and the apartment is very well located, less than a 3 minute walk to the train station where you can enjoy a day trip to York or Whitby Bay if you fancy a change of scenery. Typical activities you can enjoy include in Scarborough; fun on the beach, trying your luck at the amusements (We love connect four), Golf, visiting bars & restaurants, sailing, fishing, watching dolphins in the bay or attending theatre and music events. We are huge foodies and love going to Gianni's restuarant, an excellent authentic Italin diner, We also highly recommend The Merchant where you will find live music in a fantastic Irish themed bar. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property, Please be mindful that there is a downstairs basement area, This is mainly used for storage, You will find a high chair, ironing board ect down there. Stairgate is located at the top of the stairs to keep children safe. Please make sure this is shut when children are present. Other things to note Parking is available via two side streets which are next to the property. Parking Permit Scratchcards are available on arrival, Which are valid for 24 - 48 Hours at a time and expire at 10:00 am the following day, additionally Parking discs will also be free to use.
