100 m² with balcony and parking in Salängen

Welcome to your spacious home in peaceful Salängen, near central Borås. Gather around the dinner table, unwind on the sofa or enjoy your private balcony. Your beds are made and towels are ready when you arrive. We take care of the final cleaning. You have around 100 m² to yourselves, with two bedrooms and space for up to 7 guests. Your own kitchen, Wi-Fi and parking for one car are included. The space There is plenty of room to spend time together, cook dinner and unwind after a day in Borås. One bedroom opens onto your private balcony, with views across Salängen towards the city centre. We make the beds before you arrive and provide towels for everyone in your booking. We take care of the final cleaning. There are two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds. The TV room also has a sofa bed for two and a 120 cm wide bed. The apartment sleeps up to 7 guests in total. The kitchen has a dining area, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, workspace and private laundry facilities make longer stays comfortable too. Guest access The entire apartment and balcony are yours during your stay. You are also welcome to enjoy the garden and outdoor seating areas, shared with the other residents. Parking for one car is included. Please park along the fence and leave room for the other cars. Other things to note You are welcome to check in from 4 pm. On departure day, check-out is by 11 am. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Bed linen and towels are included, and we take care of the final cleaning. The cleaning fee and any extra-guest charges are shown in the price before booking. Please include everyone in your booking so we can prepare for you all. Travelling with a larger group? We have three separate apartments in the house, sleeping up to 19 guests in total when all are available. This booking is for the apartment of around 100 m²; the other apartments are booked separately. Good to know: the apartment is two flights of stairs up, with no lift. The bathroom is accessed through one bedroom; the separate WC opens directly off the hall.
