This home is perfect for a couple or small family. It is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from Lake Macquarie and Speers Point and only twenty minutes from Newcastle and Merewether Beach. Local shops are just around the corner and provide all necessary amenities, including public transportation. Please note that as we are located near a train line, some noise from passing trains should be expected. The space Our home consists of two bedrooms, one equipped with a queen-sized bed and the other designated for children with a twin bed and cot. The third bedroom currently functions as a playroom filled with books and toys and includes a TV with Netflix access. The house offers a full kitchen, complete with an induction cooktop, oven, air fryer, espresso machine, microwave, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils. Our small home is tidy with an open-concept living area and a large backyard that boasts a deck, umbrella, BBQ, sandpit, and trampoline. Guest access The entire house is yours except for the wardrobe in the main bedroom and anything labelled with a red sticker. Other things to note This is our family home, we hope that you treat it with respect during your stay. There are some family photos that will be visible, we hope that you do not mind.
