You will absolutely love this classic Lake Michigan home with a vintage flair, located on the highly sought after 5 Mile Hill area of Grand Haven. Just a short walk down the hill is the State Park Beach and the popular Boardwalk and Lighthouse pier. The space INSIDE THE HOUSE This cozy Lake Michigan cottage is welcoming and home-like, just as a beach house should be. The lower level conveniently features a Kitchenette, living room area, a bedroom with a Queen bed, and a full bath with a stand-up shower. Up the stairs you will find the main living space with amazing views of the lake, along with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area with seating for 4 with additional seating available at the snack bar area, comfortable living room, and tons of outdoor hang out space, including a gas grill with an outdoor picnic area. There are window air conditioning units on the top floor and the bottom floor. The third floor features 4 bedrooms and a full bath. SLEEPING This cottage sleeps 10 and is perfect for multi-generational travel—thanks to its unique layout. THE LOCATION Walk down to the state beach area and forget about trying to find a parking spot. Be sure to bring your bikes as this house is close to downtown Grand Haven, and biking the boardwalk along the channel is a real treat. Have a classic Lake Michigan summer in Grand Haven! PARKING There is plenty of parking available for two vehicles in the lower parking area and two additional parking spaces at the back of the property. CANCELLATION POLICY - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 7 days before check-in. - If cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. - If cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. - If cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund.
