Perfect for a weekend or longer term visit to the area. The house itself is a 2 min walk from the township, but we think you’ll love The Esplanade so much, it will be difficult to want to leave. Enjoy the grassy parkland and children’s playground directly in-front as you feed the ducks and wander along the river side. The space The property has 3 bedrooms. 1 ensuite bedroom. 1 main shared bathroom. Very large open plan living area with enormous kitchen. An eclectic style overflowing with personality and poise. The main bathroom is a show stopper! Fabulous deep bathing at its best! Feel the luxury of the vaulted ceiling above you with high light window to stargaze in privacy. Our master bedroom ‘The Manhattan’ features a premium hotel-grade king bed, dresses in Sheridan linen. It is bound to sweep you off of your feet. If you’re rushing to find the hero bedroom upon arrival, it’s got to be this one! The second king room features the same fine quality Sheridan linen. The ensuite king room ‘Lizzy’s nook’ is a sweet nod to the French provincial. Lastly, the comfortable queen room ‘Chester’ features striking timber furnishings and more intimate river view. A country vista of the Sleeping Beauty mountain range to the rear and the delightful Huon river to the front. One character home neighbour close by, however the other side is a vacant land area and directly behind is also vacant land. As private as you can be in a residential area and on a road that locals use regularly. Located on the Esplanade. Food vans are a regular occurrence across the road. Guest access The entire property with the exception of the garage. Other things to note Cottage is located near river and on road with local traffic. You may experience road noise as a result. Please note this before booking, as it's not a rural property, it is suburban. Our pricing structure is based on couples sharing bedrooms. Should you wish to use all three bedrooms and your booking is for 3 guests, then additional charges apply for stays under 4 nights.
