Our 60m2 apartment is located in Valdecarros on the outskirts of Madrid, less than 30 minutes by car or 50 minutes by metro from downtown Madrid. This modern apartment with a private terrace offers a variety of activities, with a swimming pool in summer and a community gym, as well as a Jacuzzi, sauna and even a squash court. It's an ideal place to relax as a couple and pay a visit to the capital. For 2 guests, you'll find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space In a building with an elevator, the house is located on the 3rd floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa and television - the separate kitchen - the dining area can be both the low table and the study area that opens into a family table - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 190x150 - 1 bathroom - an area to work at the entrance - a private balcony with a small table and two chairs COMMON AREAS OF THE DEVELOPMENT - swimming pool in summer - Community gym - a community sauna - Community Jacuzzi - community squash court - large gardens in the development It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Towels, linens, and hand soap included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions. The house has air conditioning through a centralized system that is controlled from a thermostat located in the living room. The house has heating through a gas boiler with radiators in the living room, bathroom and bedroom. In addition, there is access to a communal pool open from June 15 to September 15. The squash court, community gym, sauna and community Jacuzzi are accessible from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Must be booked in advance with the concierge. Street parking is free. If you come by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground parking lot.
