Welcome to our new condo! It is in the heart of Cancun's downtown residential area. We offer a beautiful and stylish place where you can enjoy a relaxing time after a long day of tours. The building's pool offers a beautiful set up for relaxing and a hot tub to enjoy a cold night. Our condo has 2 fully equipped bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, nice living room with a smart TV and an enormous terrace with a dinning area to enjoy a great meal with family or friends Our amazing condo offers a fully equipped home. Kitchen: We offer a fully equipped kitchen for your vacations. We have a filter coffee machine for you. Living room: We have an amazing couch to enjoy after a hot day where you can watch Netflix on. Dinning room: We offer a big table for 8 people in the inside. Master bedroom: The master bedroom has a king size bed overlooking the garden of the condo. The bedroom has an attached full bathroom and a walking closet. Second bedroom: The second bedroom has two full size beds overlooking the terrace of the condo. The bedroom has an attached full bathroom and a walking closet. Our guests have access to the entire condo. On the common areas our guests can access the pool and jacuzzi. We have time restrictions from 11:00pm to 7:00pm due to chemical cleaning of the pool Our guests can also make use of the children's playground on the back of the elevator. Our check in method is autonomous.. But If our guests needs anything from us we'll always be available. We are located in a residential area of Downtown Cancun. We are surrounded by restaurants, and shopping centers. We have a Walmart Express down the street from the building. It is 5 minutes away walking. On the same spot you will find a great coffee shop called "Pasteleria Lied" there you will get amazing pastries and coffee. Behind the building there is a strip mall with several services like: - Medical Spa - Dental services - Pilates and yoga - Coffee shops The hotel zone is just 10 minutes away. The airport is 25 minutes away by car. We'll recommend transportation companies and local taxi services. You can rent a car also, we offer free parking inside the building. When arriving to our building guests must identify with security for the check in. He'll grant you access to the building.
