Just outside the building is the metro line to take you to Parque Fundidora. The apartment is located on the 20th floor of the building, which is fully equipped The space BED: double. BATHROOM: comes with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap and toilet paper. Living room with sofa, HDTV and Internet. KITCHEN: simple and functional, it has a microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and sandwich maker, as well as basic cooking and cleaning utensils that you can use during your stay. LAUNDRY: located in the tower's basement, its access is free, with 24/7 hours, and to make use of the equipment there is a cost, which is paid through an application by scanning the QR code in the place, the transfer is made through the application and it is ready to use. SECURITY AND PARKING: The building has 24/7 private security and there is a parking space assigned to the apartment, which is why only the space indicated by the host should be used. CLEANING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE: The apartment is delivered completely clean upon arrival, it is important to take care of the proper use of all furniture and facilities. IMPORTANT: There are train tracks near the building. They are only used occasionally. Earplugs will be left in the apartment in case you are a light sleeper and need them to rest. Guest access During your stay The guest will be responsible for reading the check-in and check-out instructions in detail; in addition, we will send reference photos through the platform chat, as well as the respective access codes to the Building for your stay. DURING YOUR STAY 2 guests maximum. No access is allowed to people outside the reservation at any time. No pets allowed. Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Smoking, vaping, drinking and/or consuming illegal substances is not allowed. Parties and events are forbidden. CHECK-IN is from 3:00 pm. If you are going to arrive early, you must mention it to the host (extra cost if you have such availability). CHECK-OUT is after 11:00 AM. If you need more time to stay, you must tell the host in advance (extra cost if you have such availability). Failure to comply with the maximum guest requirement would result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund. If an accident and/or damage to any furniture and/or equipment occurs, please report it immediately to the host. If there is a fault in the equipment, it is important to report it for prompt and quick attention and/or solution to the problem. It is forbidden to use high volume during your stay in the apartment. The apartment is delivered clean, with all the lights and equipment off, so it is VERY IMPORTANT that you leave everything as you found it at the end of your stay. If you store food in the refrigerator, please remove any storage at the end of your stay. Eating is not allowed in the bed or armchair area, in case they get dirty, a charge will be made for extra cleaning or replacement. Respect the neighbors, since the regulations of the Condominium Regime to which the apartment is subject have rules of behavior, therefore, any penalty that the Building applies during your stay for misuse of the facilities or for bad behavior will be paid by the guest. The building is equipped with a garbage chute located on the landing of the emergency staircase on the same level where you are staying, so you can throw away the garbage bags, which must ALWAYS be tightly closed to avoid spills of their contents and it is VERY IMPORTANT not to throw away containers with liquids inside. When you are not in the apartment, always leave all lights and equipment off, since the entire apartment is electric, make responsible use of the facilities. Guests are solely responsible for their belongings left inside the apartment or in any of the building's facilities, which is why, when leaving any common area, amenity or at the end of your stay, ALWAYS check that you have not forgotten anything and that you have perfectly collected everything you had when you arrived in that area. Before leaving the apartment, do not forget to check that the windows, doors to balconies and the access door are perfectly closed. Cards and/or keys must be left in the place indicated by the host. Loss of keys or cards, a replacement charge of $800MXN will be made.
