Typically quiet however, my neighborhood is newly developed. There may be light construction in the area between the hours of 7 AM at 7:00 per town ordinance. Most of the building is being done at the beginning of the neighborhood and I rarely hear it at my end. Bedroom has a queen size bed with adjacent bathroom. Ceiling fan and central air for the warmer months. Please feel free to use the kitchen as needed and enjoy the private backyard deck. Non-smoking, pet free environment. Guest access This is my personal residence. I strive to be there to welcome you to my home however, at times my work schedule may prevent me from doing so.
