Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This new one-bedroom freestanding apartment is perfect for a couple or a single. Sorry, but it is not suitable for babies or children. The large separate bedroom features a king size bed overlooking a deck. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area, bathroom and separate laundry. It is comfortable, quiet and secure with a gated entrance and conveniently located short walk from beaches and local cafes/restaurants. After entering through the security gate you will find a quiet and peaceful one-bedroom apartment nestled on a rear block (freestanding, not attached) complete with privacy and tranquillity. As an elevated block you will often hear the waves breaking on a quiet night. Once you enter through the keyless front door, you will find the lounge and living area complete with a comfortable leather lounge and large smart tv. There is a four-seater table big enough for a nice meal. The lounge overlooks the deck and garden area and on a beautiful day it's nice to open up the bi-fold doors and enjoy the bar/breakfast table outside. There is also a comfortable outside lounge and sitting area. The lounge area then leads to the kitchen which is complete with plenty of crockery, utensils, pots and pans and everything you should need to prepare food. There is also a Nespresso pod coffee machine and a microwave. On from the kitchen is a separate spacious bedroom with a king size bed, block out blinds as well as sheer curtains and a large sliding door wardrobe space with plenty of room. There is a split system AC and heater in the bedroom. In the wardrobe you will also find an ironing board and iron. Opposite the bedroom is a gorgeous bathroom with an overhead shower and wall shower head complete with everything you should need including a hair dryer. Next to the kitchen is a garage where you will find a laundry space with a washing machine, dryer and laundry tub. Access to the garage is for the use of the laundry only. Should you need a workspace the dining table or breakfast bar/stool nook could be used and there is Pentanet wifi available. Apologies but this apartment is not suitable for children. Please note the turning circle can be very tight for large 4x4’s. You may consider street parking as a backup option. Guest access You will have full access to the internal and external apartment space. You will have partial access to the garage for the use of the laundry facility. Other things to note Parking - there is only room for one car to park on the property. The turning circle is difficult for large 4x4s. No trailers or boats please.
