Slide the barn door and your private hot tub room is right there. ➔ Hot Tub Room — Jetted spa with windows on two sides and vintage ski art. Yours alone, year-round. ➔ Bunk Room — Queen-over-queen bunk sleeps four. Kids claim it on sight. ➔ Living Room — Gas fireplace, leather sofas, and a TV with basic cable (not a smart TV — plan to unplug). ➔ Kitchen — Fully stocked for real cooking, with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. ➔ Dining — Table seats six under the antler chandelier. ➔ Two Full Baths — One with a tub/shower, one with a shower. Guest access The entire condo is yours, including the private hot tub room off the primary suite. Self check-in with a keypad smartlock — arrive on your schedule. Free parking in the lot steps from the building entrance, with a covered walkway to your garden-level door. Coin-operated laundry is downstairs in the building. The Mountainside is designated a condo-hotel (public accommodation under ADA rule): service animals are welcome with reasonable documentation, but emotional support animals are not permitted, as FHA rules do not apply to this property. • No air conditioning — at 8,000 ft it cools off fast at night; three fans are provided. • No in-unit laundry — coin-operated laundry is downstairs in the building. • Garden-level unit: living room windows face the building's walkway. • TVs carry basic cable and are not smart TVs. • Hot tub is private to the unit and runs year-round; report any temperature issue and we'll respond same-day. • After booking you'll receive an email link to our digital guidebook — this is the only way we share check-in details.
