It is an idyllic retreat for exploring Big Bear Lake and surrounding mountains. Perfectly located in Sugarloaf, where you can have peace & quiet, but close enough to enjoy all that Big Bear offers its visitors. The space Outside: Picnic table for 4, Dining table with 4 chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs on deck, propane fire pit and propane grill. First Floor: kitchen with attached dining area, living room with wood-burning fireplace, stacked washer & dryer, full bathroom with tub, whole house wall furnace, pull out queen sofa bed Second Floor: one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, wall heaters in both bedrooms, shared bathroom with shower Guest access You are allowed access to our entire property except the red storage shed at the end of the driveway & one locked owners closet. There is one plastic shed on the deck where you could store skis, snowboards, sleds, etc. It does have a lock and you will have access to the code.
