Top View Farm has a large, comfortable 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom brick homestead set on 23 private acres of grassed fields and bush land. The magnificent view extends through the valley and across the plains to the ranges of the Yengo National Park, some 60 ks away. A great house for a large group of friends or family to really relax and enjoy the tranquility. The space The property has 4 bedrooms *Master (queen+ 1 single) with ensuite and balcony. Has a remote controlled fan and remote controlled air conditioner, towel rack and hanger and 2 reading lights near the bed. It is on the 1st floor with a view over Maitland, Cessnock to the Yengo National park mountains. *Ensuite bathroom has vanity + mirror toilet and shower *Bedroom 2 has a queen bed on the first floor with wall controlled fan and remote controlled air conditioner. *Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds on the first floor with remote controlled fan and remote controlled air conditioner. *Bathroom 2 is located on 1st floor and contains shower, bath, vanity and toilet. *Bedroom 4 (1 x queen and 2 x bunk single beds) on the ground floor. This room has a remote controlled air conditioner. *Bathroom 3 only has toilet and shower and is located next tot he laundry. *Kitchen has electric stove cooktop + microwave + oven and swing door fridge with freezer + Cookware and cutlery. *Laundry has a sink + bench and washing machine + an extra swingdoor fridge with freezer. *Dining room has large table that can seat 12 *Living room has 2 large lounges + large flatscreen TV+ enclosed fireplace *Games room Includes stereo, flatscreen TV , Pool table (which can be converted into table tennis table with to 2 layover boards. Drawing board for kids + lego? It also has 2 x fold out sofa lounges. with bedding if needed. *Outside there is a large deck on the ground level with outdoor furniture + BBQ sharing the same view as mentioned above *There is 3 cows that can be hand fed and patted at the fence. (hay is provided with linen) *There is a dam stocked with yabbies near the deck side of the house that are allowed to be caught if you feel like fishing for them. Guest access guests can access any part of the house and paddocks as marked with marking paint on the posts. There is a room behind the master bedroom which is locked that contains cleaning equipment and guests do not have access to this. Outside there is 2 sheds on the northern side of the house which guests do not have access to.
