Come and recharge your batteries in Ardèche in this pleasant 4-star, 65 m² independent house with a fully private, heated spa that is operational year-round. PRIVATE swimming pool open from May to October (unheated) overlooking the Ardèche Mountains! Comfort and relaxation guaranteed between the hot tub and pool... Nearby river; Ardèche and Lignon. Located between Pt de Labeaume and the lovely village of Jaujac, on 800 m2 of land, with beautiful views, greenery. Starting point for beautiful walks and visits to natural sites. The space Property; comfortable house plus land plus SPA and swimming pool, all private (no sharing)! Pool alarm for children, no barrier. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with 2 small separate beds (not connectable). A living room with equipped kitchen, TV lounge. A bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. Separate toilet. The house is air-conditioned. A terrace with furniture and a barbecue. Maximum 4 people allowed. (The number of people must match the number of people registered on Airbnb.) Single-storey house (1 step) but not wheelchair accessible inside. Guest access The house is detached with land and private entrance gate. The car is parked inside the property. Everything is accessible on one level (one step) but not accessible to people in wheelchairs, as the door openings are too narrow. Other things to note ❗️Sheets are not included, so you must bring your own. (We can provide them to you on request for an additional €20 for a double bed and €10 for a single bed. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice.) ▶️Otherwise, you need to provide a large duvet cover and fitted sheet for a 160 cm bed for the large bed, small duvet covers and fitted sheets for a 90 cm bed for the small beds, plus pillowcases. At your disposal are a bath mat, dish towel, hand towel, and hair dryer. Towels are available on request (6 euros/person for 1 large and 1 small towel). ❗️Guests are not allowed to plug in their electric vehicle. There is no suitable outdoor outlet. Guests are not allowed to host people other than those who are registered, even during the day, possibly with prior agreement. 🙏 The house is new, and I thank vacationers for being respectful of the premises and materials, especially the wood floors. Upon your departure, please remember to empty the garbage cans, the dishwasher and the refrigerator, tidy up the kitchenette and put everything back in its place. *No pets allowed. *The spa is open all year round, including in the off-season, and the pool is open from mid-May to late September. The spa is located on the terrace outside and is heated; please follow the instructions for its use. In particular, cover it again after each use.
