Located between Pt de Labeaume and the lovely village of Jaujac, on 800 m2 of land, with beautiful views, greenery. Starting point for beautiful walks and visits to natural sites. The space Property; comfortable house plus land plus SPA and swimming pool entirely private (no sharing)! 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm) and the other with 2 small separate beds (not connectable). A living room with equipped kitchen, TV lounge. A bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. Separate toilet. A terrace with furniture and barbecue. Guest access The house is detached with land and private entrance gate. The car parks inside the property. Everything is accessible on one level Other things to note ❗️Sheets to be provided because they are not included . (Possibility to provide them on request and with a supplement of 20 euros for a double bed and 10 euros for a small bed, notify at least 48 hours in advance) ▶️Otherwise It is necessary to provide a large duvet cover and cover sheet in 160 for the queen bed , small duvet covers and 90 covers for small beds , plus pillow covers. At your disposal, bath mat, dish towel and hand towel, hair dryer. Possibly towels on request .( 6 euros/ pers For 1 large and 1 small towel) . ❗️Guests are not allowed to connect their electric car. There is no suitable outdoor outlet. 🙏 The house is new and I thank vacationers for being respectful of the premises and equipment, wood floors in particular. When you leave, please remember to empty the trash, dishwasher and refrigerator, tidy up the kitchen area and put everything back in its place. * No pets allowed. *The spa is available all year round in low season, including the swimming pool from mid May to the end of September . The spa is located on the outdoor terrace and is heated; please follow the instructions for its use. In particular, re-cover after each use.
