The space NOTE: NO YOUNG PEOPLE ALLOWED! MINIMUM AGE 22! ALSO PARENTS CANNOT BOOK FOR THEM! This villa is ideal for, for example, two or even three families, as there is a lot of space. The house is on two floors with 6 bedroom and 4 bathroom total. There is a lovely large pool with lounge beds for everyone and adjacent to it is an outbuilding with full extra kitchen, dining for 12 pers. and BBQ. Through the front door, you will reach the upper floor where there is a large bedroom (bed 1.50x1.90) with bathroom en suite. This bathroom is spacious with bathtub. On this floor you will also find the second bedroom with two single beds (90×1.90) and a third bedroom with double bed (1.50x1.90). In the hallway you will find the second bathroom with toilet. With the beautiful natural stone staircase you walk down where the ground floor is located. Here you will find the other three bedrooms; two bedrooms with double bed (1.60×2.00 + 1.50x1.90) and one bedroom with two single beds (90×2.00). On this floor there are also two bathrooms with a shower and toilet. In addition to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is also a living room with TV and dining table and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. If you are not sure if something is present - feel free to send us a message, we will be happy to help you! Through the living room or the kitchen you can walk outside and reach the spacious outdoor area; dining for 12 people, an outbuilding with a fully equipped kitchen (a second dishwasher available and washing machine) and BBQ and of course the lovely large swimming pool with outdoor shower and sunbeds! There is access to central heating (very nice in winter) and the house is equipped with free WIFI. There are two large air conditioning units, one on each floor. So not separate in each bedroom. Additional fans are also provided if needed. PLEASE NOTE: Age minimum is 22 years! Guest access Not many houses in Lloret de Mar offer you so much space. In this way you can rent the entire house for you and your family(s) privately, and you can also withdraw from your own company. There is free parking in front of the door. The house is located high up in the district of Serra Brava, about 6.5km from the center of Lloret de Mar. In the Serra Brava district there is a small supermarket about 700 meters away where you can get fresh bread, a nice ice cream or other small items. Open from about late May to late September. Other things to note Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn or her colleague. She will show you all the ins and outs of the house. She will also provide you with various tips for the best beaches and best restaurants in the form of an E-book. During your stay, she is always available for questions!
