The space The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has everything you need during your stay in West Palm Beach. The home features an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. The living area has a large flat screen tv over the decorative fireplace. The dining area has a large table with chairs for six. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook up whatever you may be craving. There is also a bonus private screened in porch off the living/dining area with outdoor dining. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tv and ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed with a desk and the 3rd bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds. All rooms have closets and dressers. We have high speed wifi and usb chargers at every bedside. Guest access Prior to your check in time on the day of arrival, you will be provided with a unique code that will allow you access during your visit. Check-in anytime after 3pm and check-out is 10am. Other things to note High-speed internet (3oombps), a TV with Roku, parking on premises for two cars, hair dryers, bikes, and beach towels are provided. Laundry machines are inside the house with ironing board and iron. Guests are encouraged to read the House Rules which serves as our short term rental agreement.
