This spacious apartment with a terrace has a unique and vibrant design and is located in the historic center of Porto. It was once a Biscuit Factory, having been fully recovered. The architectural intervention preserved the records of the past but favored comfort for an ideal stay in our city. The space Welcome to the Foyer 25 building located right in the historic center of Porto, where you can discover the whole city on foot! Foyer 25's building was originally built between 1833 and 1845, according to Porto's old cartography. with all the features of a "typical Porto bourgeois house". It was deeply adapted in the middle of the 20th century, to be used as the biscuit factory “imperial”. From the buildings' many lives, we get to the contemporary, with an architectural intervention that wants to hold up the "truth" of the historical record of its transformations and multiple layers. Apartment Foyer 25 - Garden II w/ terrace by Cozy Stay consists of the following divisions and spaces: - A spacious and very bright living room with a vibrant design and architecture where the maintenance of the materials of the old Biscuit Factory and the marks of the past were privileged, combined with the comfort and functionality for a perfect stay. The living room has a sofa bed that sleeps two people and a television with all channels (cable TV). You can also take advantage of a desk incorporated into the space for long-term stays where you will be able to work. WI-FI serves the entire apartment and is fast. The living room also has a bathroom. - A fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster), with all cooking utensils, if you wish. - A room with a place to put your clothes, a spacious bed, and an attached bathroom. The bathroom has towels for your stay, a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo. The room gives access to a beautiful courtyard with red gravel where you can sunbathe and enjoy moments of relaxation after discovering the city of Porto. The apartment is ideal for four people and can be accessed both by stairs and by elevator. Right in front of the building you will find a self-service laundry. Guest access Guests will have access to the common entrance hall, which has armchairs and a beautiful antique settee where they can enjoy a tea or coffee. Additionally, they will have access to the entire apartment mentioned above. Please note that the sofa bed is intended only for the third person, with an additional cost of €10 per person per night. Other things to note Before or during check-in, identification data of all guests will be asked. This procedure is mandatory and the information will be included in the Accommodation Bulletin, delivered to the SEF.
