Charming two-level villa with swimming pool and private terrace in residential area and close to the lake, in Sirmione. The space This beautiful villa opens onto the bright and spacious living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, Tv and open kitchen equipped and complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer and American coffee maker. A French door provides access to the private porch furnished with outdoor table and chairs from which you can enjoy the view of the private pool. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with shower; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a closet; while the third bedroom, located upstairs, has a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a Tv, and an ensuite bathroom with shower, and has access to the private terrace of the villa. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. Guests will have air conditioning in all rooms, free wi-fi, washing machine and independent heating for colder days. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local.
