The space Place is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with in the heart of Memphis. Location is safe. You will have access to the entire place. Note our fenced backyard is shared the next door s neighbor. Guest access Entire place Other things to note There is NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS. Also, no locals unless you request to me first and have what I consider a valid reason such as home remodel that require you to leave your home. No one is allowed on the property except registered guest unless you discuss it with me first and receive an email giving you permission. If someone does have an event the police will be called and you will be asked to leave for violating the agreement and you won’t receive a refund. I own the house on the street so don’t even try to have a party. Please respect our next door neighbor and keep the noise down between 8pm-7 am. Each reservation is limited to 2 vehicles. Please park in your assigned spot and don’t block the drive way. Please note, there will an extra $20/ person who is not on the registered list Other things to note Please ensure the correct number of guests staying in the home is reflected on the reservation.
