Magnolia Studio - Modern & Cosy

Magnolia Studio is a cosy, modern, updated private home studio designed for your comfort. It has a very comfortable King bed, three seat sofa, dining table and smart TV. USB wall plugs for your devices. There is a small fridge, microwave, jug and toaster in the kitchenette. A patio to sit and enjoy a drink in the sun. We have provided a compendium with our fave attractions and eating out options. Situated very close to Hastings town centre, 5 mins to Havelock North and 20 mins to Napier. Guest access Studio is located at back of main house. You walk down drive way, through gate, past garage to studio where there is a lock box for key. Other things to note Please note this is not a party property and only the people booked are allowed at the property. We expect all guests to be quiet and respectful at all times.
