The space Welcome to our lakeside haven! A serene 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath cottage set against the backdrop of glistening waters and serene nature. Living Area: A cozy space with comfortable seating, perfect for evening chats or catching up on a favorite book. Large windows offer uninterrupted views of the waterfront, filling the room with natural light. Bedrooms: Master & Second Bedroom: Both furnished with plush queen-sized beds, soft linens, and ambient lighting, guaranteeing a restful night. Third Bedroom: Equipped with two bunk beds; the one suitable for adults and the other one designed for kids, offering a whimsical sleep experience. Kitchen: A well-equipped space with modern amenities for those who love to cook, complemented by a dining area that brings everyone together. Outdoor: Step outside to an expansive backyard. Here, you'll find a BBQ set-up for grilling enthusiasts, a fire pit for chilly evenings, and a playground that promises endless fun for younger guests. Loungers and outdoor furniture dot the area, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a drink. Despite the inviting boat deck, please note that boats on the photos are not available for guest use. Safety first! Guest access Guests are welcome to make full use of the cottage and its surrounding amenities. You'll have access to: All Bedrooms: All three rooms, including the master, second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third with bunk beds, are available for a restful night. Living Area: Relax, watch TV, or simply enjoy the waterfront views. Kitchen & Dining: Feel free to prepare meals and dine in the cozy dining area. Outdoor Spaces: The expansive backyard is yours to enjoy. Make the most of the BBQ setup, light up the fire pit on cooler evenings, or simply lounge on the outdoor furniture. Boats cannot be launched or tied to our dock (except inflatable boats). The playground is also available for younger guests to play and have fun. Bathrooms: Both the full bath and the half bath are at your disposal. Please take note of the following important points before booking: No Parties or Events: Our cottage is designed for relaxation and tranquility. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. No Smoking: For the health and well-being of all our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Neighborly Respect: We value our relationships with our neighbors. Please maintain a respectful noise level during your stay. If we receive complaints about excessive noise or disturbances, we must adhere to our house rules and, regrettably, cancel the booking.
