The space Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a large closet, plenty of drawers and blackout curtains. Bedroom 2 is bright and comfortable with a daybed with trundle for an extra bed and can also be used as an office/work space. Updated kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a tiled tub shower. Wi-Fi, SmartTV with cable and bluetooth speaker for entertainment. The driveway is shared by friendly permanent residents and house comes with one off-street parking spot. Additional cars can park on the street. Space is ideal for travelers, professionals, students and anyone in need of temporary housing. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Other things to note Groups of three or more adults will require a photo ID sent prior to check-in. A refusal will result in a cancellation.
