Once it’s time for bed you’ll have 4 bedrooms to choose from. The upstairs master bedroom with king bed, HDTV, and ensuite bath is the perfect retreat. Also upstairs, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares the hallway full bath with a dual sink and shower/tub combo. Downstairs bedroom 3 hosts a queen bed while bedroom 4 is perfect for the little ones with a 2 twin/twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms downstairs share a full bath with single sink and walk-in shower. Pets: 1-2 dogs up to 50lbs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s). This home does not have air conditioning. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - Pets: Dogs are allowed in this home with pre-approval and payment of pet fee. Dogs must never be allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the home. Bring a crate if you plan to leave the dog unattended. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture/beds, pet stains, dog droppings that are not picked up, and any damage caused by your dog. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time.
