The space ■ AROUND THE SPACE & DURING YOUR STAY ■ This third floor apartment, in a 1927 built building, is a home away from home, but without clutter and worries. The spaces are very light and airy and the apartment has a sweet flow of energy to it. The city home is suited to all needs and is renovated mindfully treating you with a spa style bathroom w sauna, one separate toilet, three bedrooms and a big open livingroom and dining-area. Kitchen is spacious and filled with all necessary amenities and the laundry area equipped with Miele washer and dryer. - Bedroom 3 is situated in the most quiet, backyard side of the building . - BR 1 and BR 2 are on a small street. - Living room lays on the corner of a bigger street (busses and tram). In the heart of Töölö this apartment offers you a sanctuary in the middle of a buzzing, yet easygoing and family friendly part of the central city. You can unwind in the Spa atmosphere at home or step outside and explore the lovely city of Helsinki by foot, as you are at a walking distance of most sights. Summer visitors enjoy Hietaniemi beach life in five minutes from the doorstep, this being Helsinki's most loved beach spot, in the winter we'll help you to find a spot for cold ice swimming. IF STAYING LONGER IN HELSINKI: We have great value for money in monthly fees and are happy to welcome guests for longer rentals (~30-90 days). Cleaning (4 hours) every two weeks is included in the monthly fee and we are at your service when in need of assistance. AVAILABLE FOR RENT: - 2 bikes with helmets - Boatrides with a skipper can be arranged from the nearby marina (NOTE; Requests 1 week in advance. Your stay includes the basic cleaning. Please ask for pricing and availibility. ■ HOUSERULES ■ - No parties - Smoking prohibited inside and on the balconies - Unwind and turn the sounds down at 22.00 - Petfree apartment - Mindfully clean after your small kids as only basic cleaning is included in the nightly fee - No hairdye etc allowed in the Spa - No detergents, lotions etc in the Sauna - Be mindful with taking care of the delicate surfaces, thank you ♡ * no shoes inside * no moving of heavy furniture * if liquid is spilled on the floor, it needs to be swiped off immediately Guest access THE ENTIRE APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED FOR GUESTS (Note, that there is one locked closet and a some 'private' marked cabinets in use of owners in the apartment). Other things to note ■ CHECK IN & CHECK OUT ■ • Early check in subject to availibility. If arriving early and we can't arrange an early check in, you can allways drop your luggage in the apartment. • Please let us know if you need a late check out, or if you are leaving very early. We try our best to make the departure hassle free for you. • Please note: When travelling with children, please prepare to clean after them. If extra cleaning is needed after check out, the cost of 50€/hour will be charged of the guest neglecting this. Thank you for being mindful with this!
