5 Bed - 4 Bedrooms - 1 En Suite + Family Bathroom

Spacious modern home, with sleeping/dining up to 8, with a mix of antiques, modern amenities and a high spec kitchen with wide large gas hob, double oven, wine fridge, ice maker, two air fryers, rice cooker, slow cookers etc. 4 large bedrooms, 3 with double beds, the fourth has two single beds. 1 has en suite. Extra z-bed / inflatable bed also available. Please contact me if whole house is required. The space My house is very light, often open at the back in summer with easy access to the sofa and chairs on the decking. In winter I often use the log burner in the lounge. The fire pit is also often used (even if a bit of a chilly evening in summer!) There is a separate laundry / utility room. Indoor and outdoor eating areas, with Denby / Villeroy and Boch crockery/cutlery for up to eight settings (rosewood dining table is extendable). My house is kept immaculately as I like everything to be put in its place - it’s arranged so that this is easy. Airing cupboard for towels, laundry room and so on. High quality sound system in lounge and separate system in kitchen. Guest access Whilst my whole house is available to have to yourselves, (min 3 nights) even when you just rent one room I rarely use the lounge as I don’t watch the TV (it is only 6 months old and high spec). Some rooms have desks, but if I am working I quite like to sit at the table on the upper landing. There is a lot of space for you to enjoy your privacy. There is free printing via the network wi-fi hi-spec printer. You are welcome to cook here with the gas hob or electric ovens, or indeed the Ninja 15 in 1 multi-cooker. You will have clear spaces in the fridge / cupboard / wine-cooler for food and drinks but you can use anything I have, which includes various grains, flours, herbs, spices and so on. Other things to note If helpful, I can easily arrange for groceries to be ready for arrival. You can help yourself to various teas and coffees. If helpful, I do speak Cantonese, Indonesian/Malay and French sufficiently well to assist with guests where English isn’t their first language.
