The entire building complex (even outdoor areas) are completely smoke/vape free. The building management and neighbors are very strict about this. Please respect the rules. Violation of any of the house rules will result in a $500 fine and eviction. - Early Check-In/ Late Check-Out: $40 per hour fee. Please request at least 1 day in advance so we can schedule additional cleaners to make sure it is ready in time. CANNOT accommodate same day requests. - While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more!
