Nearby, you can admire the salt pans, windmills, and ancient salt workers' houses, for an authentic experience of nature, history, and tradition. Riding bikes along the dirt road leading to the salt pans, among the voices of street vendors selling cookware and «pane cunzatu», and the joyful cries of flamingos flying above our black heads. Between the pink-tinted dawns on the hill of Paceco and breathtaking sunsets at the Salt Museum, watching the stars lit by the incessant song of cicadas, dreaming of sunny paths and futures through the windows of windmills.
