The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with private parking, a restaurant(Corte di Lucia) and a pizzeria on the ground floor. The space ✔The house has two tastefully furnished bedrooms, with comfortable beds and smart TVs in both bedrooms. ✔The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare your meals. ✔The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower, hairdryer and towels. ✔The living room is furnished with 3 comfortable sofa beds (double, queen size and single), ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The living room also features a smart TV for additional entertainment. ✔The apartment features free WiFi throughout the property. Guest access ✔The entire apartment is available to guests. Other things to note ◉It is a smoke free environment. ◉In compliance with the laws in force in the municipality of Lecco, a tourist tax will be requested upon arrival, the rate of which for guests over 14 years of age is € 1,50 per day up to a maximum of 5 days. ◉Guests are asked to send the documents 24 hours beforehand so that the contracts can be prepared and the data for new arrivals sent to the police station.
