Our lovely, spacious and welcoming Air Bnb accommodation is situated in the village of Detling in an area of outstanding natural beauty at the foot of the North Downs which is perfect for enjoying beautiful countryside walks or cycling right on our doorstep. We are within easy reach of Maidstone and the beautiful village of Bearsted where you can easily commute to either London or the coast. We have lovely old village pubs and village store within walking distance as well as a Tesco's nearby. The space Really spacious Annexe providing very comfortable living accommodation, making it feel like a home from home for all our guests. Full Sky TV included, all Sky channels including all Movies & Sports channels. Nexflix, Prime Video & Paramount+ are also included. All rooms nicely decorated, super comfy bed provided, really comfortable living room suite with choice of foot stools, Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. Large shower room providing a lovely powerful shower, hand basin and WC. Large hallway for storage for coats, shoes, bags, suitcases etc. Full Wi-Fi connection for our guests giving the option to also work from the Annexe. Outside seating area with table and chairs provided. Private, spacious parking on driveway. Keysafe box for convenience when checking in and out. Guest access Our guests can enjoy all the very spacious accommodation the annexe offers with it’s 4 rooms plus hallway,. Every part of the annexe is meticulously cleaned throughout to ensure we meet the high standards we set ourselves. Other things to note The Annexe has a full Sky TV package (Sky Cinema, Sky Sports, Paramount+) included as well as Netflix, Prime Video. We provide either some really tasty Pain Au Chocolat or Crossaints with strawberry jam for all our guests to enjoy on their first morning in the Annexe kitchen, as well as a selection of lovely Borders biscuits. We also provide milk in the fridge to compliment the tea and coffee provided. Towels are also provided as well as shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and soap.
