Located in a convenient and quiet location only 10 minutes on foot from the town centre, this fresh contemporary space is situated on the first floor (one above ground) in a purpose built block of similar properties. Living accommodation comprises a bright and airy sitting/dining/kitchen served by large picture windows. Comfortable sofa seating is complemented by a well stocked kitchen including washer, full size fridge/freezer and Bosch Tassimo coffee making facilities. Three bedrooms (the master being en-suite) are configured as two standard UK doubles, and a twin. Alternatively, the twin may be arranged as a king (see notes below for charges). A family shower room completes the main accommodation. The entire space is centrally heated by a recently installed high efficiency gas powered boiler system with smart controls and all windows benefit from double glazing. Our technology package includes unlimited WiFi, large screen smart TV equipped with Sky Sports, terrestrial and on-demand services. A huge bonus in our bustling little town is access to a private covered parking space on-site. This is a rare find in and around the town centre and incredibly convenient!
