This beautiful house is located in the southwest of Ibiza near Es Cubells in "Vista Alegre," one of the most exclusive urbanizations on the island, which is guarded 24 hours a day. From the many terraces you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, Porroig and Formentera. It is not far to some of the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza such as Cala Jondal, Xarco, Es Torrent, Porroig and Cala D'Hort. Upstairs is a room with a large double bed (180 × 200) and a single bed (80 × 200). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and the double beds have 2 mattresses 90 × 200. A crib can be arranged on request. The pool can be heated in the low season. There is also a huge lounge bed to relax on.
