When you arrive at our apartment you’ll be greeted by the King of Clubs and the Queen of Hearts. The space This Ultra modern property with Mezzanine levels is truly one of a kind. Finished to a high standard, the House Of Cards is a very unique and quirky property with mod-cons. Right in the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells you are seconds away from all the sounds and sights yet tucked away. This apartment is located down a well lit pathway that takes you off the main road to a new, small development. This property is perfectly suited to smaller families, business trips and couples looking for that romantic getaway. The interior design provides a calm, relaxing and luxurious feel throughout the apartment. It’s like a page out of an interior design magazine come to life! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need during your stay including a Nespresso coffee machine and Amazon Alexa for ambient sounds. Both the lounge and bedroom have a 55" smart TV which are both fully loaded with Netflix, perfect for a chilled evening. Guest access If you are driving, the closest paid parking is Meadow Road Car Park which is approximately a 2 minute walk. The cheapest paid parking is Crescent Road Car Park which is a 24-hour car park and a short walk away. The property is located on a single yellow road, so pick-ups and drop-offs are at the driver’s own discretion. Due to the nature of the road, it is not uncommon for delivery companies to park on the yellow line for drop offs. Being in the centre of town, there is no direct free parking close by. However, if you don't mind a short walk then the Royal Chase has free parking further down and surrounding roads also. Other things to note A travel cot and/or high chair can be made available to hire for £15 each per stay plus £50 refundable deposit. Please note, you will need to provide your own linen. For group bookings, all guests must be aged 25 or over - thank you for your co-operation. We are unable to cater for parties. We may be able to accommodate up to 1 extra guest. Please contact us.
