This private and tastefully furnished suite is centrally located 10 mins from downtown Kelowna, minutes away from award-winning wineries and & breweries, a short drive to local beaches & parks, and steps away from popular hiking trails. It features your own private patio with fire table, large dining area, air-conditioning, in-suite washer/dryer, filtered water & ice-maker, espresso maker, wifi, queen pull-out sofa, king bed & more. Pets considered upon request. The space The suite, which has a separate and private entrance, is located in the West Kelowna Estates neighbourhood in West Kelowna. The suite has central air-conditioning and consists of nearly 900 sq ft of living space with a large 20 ft x 8 ft covered deck and granite fire table for you to relax and unwind. The yard is also fully fenced, and a pet may be considered upon request. The suite consists of a new king-sized bed in the bedroom, a new queen-sized pullout sectional sofa, walk-in shower with heated floors in the bathroom, dishwasher, keypad lock, in-suite washer and dryer, two TVs with both Netflix and Prime, and free high-speed wifi. There is also ample parking in the driveway or on the street. Other things to note We have a friendly 3-year old chocolate lab who lives upstairs in the main suite.
