Completely renovated in 2023, our duplex is located between Chartres and Le Perche. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast essentials, washing machine, walk-in shower... A 2-minute walk away, you can shop at the shops or stroll along the banks of the Eure. Come and enjoy the 5 km of bike paths, the municipal swimming pool, and walks around the ponds. Free parking 100 m away. Pedestrian, everything will be feasible without a vehicle. Train station 10 min walk. The space On the ground floor are the living-dining room, the kitchen, the bathroom as well as the toilets. Upstairs, there is a twin room with 2 beds of 80 (possibility of double bed 160) with an office area, a twin landing room with 2 beds of 80 (possibility of double bed 160). On the R+2, the mezzanine with a double bed of 140. Fast WiFi (Fiber) Guest access You can park in the parking lot on the edges of the hour, taking the direction of the campsite.
