This basement suite has full privacy and a separate, keyless entry. *Please read all listing info prior to booking: The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ✮ Bedroom – Queen bed, Sleeps 2 ✮ Living Room Space – Two twin bunk beds, Sleeps 4 Note: We kindly ask that you do not book for more than 6 guest as the suite is not large enough to accommodate. BACKYARD The fully fenced backyard has a cedar hot tub for 6, a dining space for 10, and corn hole! THE BELOVED MEGA COUCH We get many questions about where we got this couch (it's from Albany Park, by the way)! It brings movie nights to the next level. GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION Our place is located in the suburb of Arvada. It sits ~15 minutes to downtown Denver, Red Rocks and Golden, 30 minutes to Boulder, and about an hour to proper mountain adventures. Colorado has endless opportunities to explore. Here are some hot spots to consider: ✮ Olde Town Arvada – 1.3 miles ✮ Highlands – 9.3 miles ✮ RiNo – 9.3 miles ✮ Coors Field – 9.3 miles ✮ Meow Wolf – 11.3 miles ✮ Coors Brewery Tour – 10.9 miles ✮ Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre – 13.6 miles ✮ Chautauqua Park – 19.6 miles ✮ Eldorado Canyon State Park – 20.0 miles ✮ Boulder's Pearl Street – 20.4 miles ✮ Rocky Mountain National Park – 56.8 miles Note: Public transportation is a great way to avoid downtown parking. Our place is 1.5 miles from the Olde Town Arvada RTD Light Rail station, which can take you to Union Station for easy access to all Denver events. Guest access KEYLESS ENTRY This is a completely separate and private basement apartment with keyless entry via the August app (you will receive directions after you book!). You can arrive as late as you need. PARKING There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Other things to note PARKING There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house. Please do not park in the driveway. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours for the backyard are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Thank you for keeping noise down during this time, as it ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors! If we do receive any noise complaints during quiet hours, a $500 fee will be applied to your reservation. SMOKING To keep the space clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the home. However, you are welcome to smoke in the front or the backyard. A $500 fee will be applied to your reservation if smoke is detected inside. PETS & PARTIES While we love both, we do not allow them at our place. A $500 fee will be applied to your reservation if either are found on property. OTHER We live in the upper part of the home with our two dogs. We love meeting guests but rarely cross paths. It is important to note you will hear footsteps from the upper level sometimes, however, we are very respectful of guests below. The only shared space is the backyard, which our guests are always welcome to use. You may meet our pups as they love to hangout there.
