This is not just a rental to spend your Tahoe weekend nights, but a warm welcoming space you can relax in with full amenities for an entire week. There are many unique benefits throughout the property like hidden gems. ** Each bed has a new semi-firm mattress and four pillows with adjustable motorized frame. ** The toilet paper holders in each bathroom are easy to slip replacement rolls on (or off!) and have a cell phone friendly ledge on top. ** Each nightstand has a charge center to ensure all your devices get re-charged while you sleep. ** The main entertainment center and dining table both have conveniently located power strips to plug in devices or additional items. ** LED lights throughout the condo ensure a well lit and spacious feel. ** Privacy film has been added to the front door glass for privacy and eliminating head light glare into the condo. ** The convection oven has many settings including baking a pizza or cookies/cupcakes with your loved ones. Our favorite spots are sitting on the ledge by the gas fire, falling asleep on the oversized couch, and grilling outside on the balcony when snow flurries are falling. Guest access First Floor Amenities The condo has three floors with the ground floor entrance leading into two bedrooms with queen beds and a full recently upgraded bathroom. Heated porcelain tile floors help your feet and space feel warmer faster so you’ll get a full night sleep without having to leave the heater on. Second Floor Amenities Come up to the second floor when you are ready to relax with the family to cook, eat, and watch shows beside the fire. You’ll walk into the living room with a granite stone gas fireplace with a ledge for sitting close. The couch has extra-long soft seats so comfortable you’ll fall asleep. The dining table is adjacent and seats six in front of the entertainment center w/ flat-screen TV and WIFI. Cooking a full meal in the kitchen is easy with all-new upgraded countertops and stainless steel modern appliances including microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator, sink w garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Kitchen loaded with cooking utensils, serving ware, dinnerware, basic pantry items and appliances such as a traditional coffeemaker, k-cup coffee maker, espresso maker, and foamer, and convection oven with baking settings and more. An Instant Pot is available serving as rice cooker, slow cooker, saute and steam settings. Plenty of kitchen cabinet storage and refrigerator space. Bring some steaks (and vegetables) to take advantage of the gas barbecue on the second balcony. Third Floor Amenities Located on the third floor is a roomier suite where a couple can fall sleep in a king-sized bed to their own personal flat-screen TV. Included is a freestanding wardrobe and dresser to unpack full travel bags. A bonus vanity with washstand and mirror allows for makeup application while the shower in the full bathroom is occupied. The upstairs master suite has heated floors throughout making the nightly walk to the newly upgraded second full bathroom much more comfortable. Other things to note We are a pet friendly condo. There’s a $50 pet Fee for maximum of two dogs. Additional dogs $25 per dog. There is central heating and air and heated floors for cold winter days . For very hot summer days unfortunately there is no central AC. There is one portable AC in the master bedroom, and two portable fans other bedrooms including a ceiling fan for the living room.
