IMPORTANT UPDATE!!! Road 9 where our studio is located has recently gone through some infrastructure works. Although the road in not paved yet, it is fully operational and accessible by cars. Welcome to Xperience Maadi Studio! We would love to welcome you in our minimalistic space located in the hippiest part of the famous road 9 in Maadi. Our ground floor studio is suitable for couples and small families but not light sleepers. Cairo is an ecstatic city ;) Can't wait to host you! Newly renovated and furnished cosy ground floor stand-alone guesthouse that fits 2-3 people. The guesthouse is located in the hippiest part of the famous road 9 in Maadi with lots of local eatries and coffeeshops around. This might not be the perfect option for light-sleepers. Our guesthouse is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. Our guesthouse is equipped with essentials to cater to your basic needs during your stay. We offer you clean bed linens, duvets, comfy pillows, towels, and main essentials. We offer a compact work chair-desk if you’re on a business trip or want to work remotely. There is a full automatic washing machine available for longer stays. Guests will have access to the whole property, including the outdoor patio. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. We are always available for your inquiries through Airbnb application. Once you have a confirmed booking, you will have access to our telephone numbers, so feel free to call or text. The guesthouse is located in the hippiest part of the famous road 9 in Maadi. This part of the street is known for local coffee shops that are vibrant and usually crowded. Nice cafes and restaurants are steps away. Just opposite to your entrance, you will find supermarkets, a book seller, barbershops, and home supplies stores. This area, in particular, is suitable for budget travellers, as there are many local eatries that you can enjoy at very affordable prices. Our guesthouse is centrally located in the famous road 9 in Maadi. The guesthouse is 2 minutes walking from the nearest Metro station (Line 1). This is the main line that connects you to all other lines and all-over Cairo. Using the metro, you can get to Cairo downtown in 15 - 20 minutes, where you can visit the renowned Egyptian museum. Maadi is walkable from the location, and you can request Uber or any other alternative right at your doorstep. We have listed below some notes to take care of during your stay: 1. For more safety and better visibility at night, the guesthouse is supported with an outdoor light sensor to automatically switch the lights on upon sunset. Please keep the marked light switch always on. 2. Please switch off any lights and the A/C upon leaving the guesthouse at all times. 3. Make sure the door is properly locked upon your departure with the supported lock. While you're inside, make sure to lock the door with the key so the door won't open from the outside. 4. This is a residential block, so please keep the noise down and avoid any interactions with neighbours. 5. The guesthouse is not suitable for big gatherings or parties. It is more of a calming stay where you can relax and chill after a long day. 6. The guesthouse has a private entrance for your privacy. This has a hanging metal chain around 10 cm from the ground. Be careful, especially at night, not to stumble upon crossing it. 7. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the guesthouse. Instead, you can use the outdoor patio for smoking. 8. A gardener will take care of the outdoor patio, clear the garbage, and water the plants daily. Please do not interact with him. 9. Please hang any garbage bag in the wooden door beside the guesthouse, and it will be collected in the morning. 10. For long stays, please inform us if you need any extra cleaning services for your guesthouse. We will arrange for that at an extra fee. 11. Egyptians are to present a copy of their ID upon check-in, while foreigners must present a copy of their passport. 12. Egyptian unmarried couples are not allowed due to country laws.
