Stocked Kitchen, Smaller living room on the main floor with Arcade, large second family room on the second floor, hardwood & tile floors, televisions in bedrooms, living room and family room, central AC, washer & dryer, Ping pong table and foosball in the basement. Front Deck and firepit in back of house. Kid friendly with pack-n-play, high chair, gates, and outlet covers provided. Bedrooms are located on three floors. The first bedroom with a full bed is up seven stairs, there is a deck off of this bedroom. The second bedroom is on the second level, which is up seven more steps. This bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom with shower/tub. The third bedroom is up another flight of stairs and has four twin beds, one of which is a trundle bed. Please do not leave food outside. Wildlife frequent the property including bear, deer, skunk, and turkey. Guests must register with the community, pay fees for temporary membership and pickup gate cards at the Welcome Center prior to entry into the development. Guest will be given an access code to gain entry into the home. Owner will be available via phone and email if needed. Arrowhead Lake is an award-winning gated community in the Pocono Mountains with many activities for guests, including: - Lodge with a library, gym, adult billiards room, scheduled activities (restrictions may be in place due to covid restrictions) - 2 lakes with 4 beaches that have playgrounds and lifeguards on weekends during the summer season - 3 heated swimming pools (open weekends starting Memorial Day weekend and full-time from late June to Labor Day) with lifeguards (restrictions may be in place due to covid and will be communicated) - Other activities- tennis courts, basketball course, horseshoe pits, bocce ball. Rental shack where you can rent Canoes, rowboats, paddleboats, fishing equipment and bicycles at the Island Pool complex. You can bring your own boats/fishing equipment to be used at the lakes. If fishing a valid fishing license is required. The community is large and some amenities are not walkable. If interested you can rent a golf cart from vendors in the area. Choctaw pool and playground is approx 1/2 mile from the house. Minisink pool is ~1 mile Beach 4 is 1.5 miles Beach 2 is 2 miles ***ADDITIONAL COMMUNITY FEES*** (mandatory for guests ages 6 and over) paid directly to the community at least 3 days prior to check in: a) Registration Transaction Fee: $35 (one-time fee) b) Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle valid for the duration of your stay and specific to vehicle registered; not transferable. c) Amenity wristband fee for each person listed (6 years and older) mandatory. Fees: Daily = $6 d) Guests will be emailed a registration form upon booking stay with instructions on how to make the payment for the registration fees. Payments must be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival. Once you enter the development it is about a 12 minute drive to the house. Uber is not available in the community nor is food delivery. Closest grocery stores are Walmart, Weis, and Shoprite in Mt. Pocono or Shoprite in Daleville.
