The property is in a quiet residential community with long-term neighbors—please be respectful at all times. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). Pets are allowed with a $500 security fee. Any illegal activity, safety concerns, or rule violations may be reported to Airbnb and/or local authorities. Parking is limited to the 2-car garage and 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking unless otherwise permitted. Property owner/manager may make periodic visits to check the condition of the home. Guests must follow quiet hours, including no loud noise after 9 PM. You may not book the property on behalf of anyone else. The person booking must be the one checking in, and ID will be verified. If identities do not match, the reservation may be canceled with no refund. Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Guests must strictly comply with all house rules during their stay. Any inappropriate behavior on the property or within the neighborhood may be reported to local authorities. The payment covers your stay only—not damages. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, the guest must pay the additional amount through Airbnb.
