The space Guest Suite: ‣ This private suite in our newly built home is designed for a peaceful retreat, with advanced soundproofing and complete privacy ‣ The private bedroom offers an adjustable queen bed, a cozy electric fireplace, and a sliding glass door with tree views and sunset light. ‣ Enjoy a private bathroom stocked with all essentials. The bathroom features a full-size bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. ‣ A thoughtfully designed kitchenette featuring mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea station. Please note: There is no full kitchen; only light meal/snack preparation is available. Both buildings are on the same lot, just steps apart, so you enjoy convenience while maintaining privacy. The backyard area is partially enclosed by log fencing, creating a peaceful, forested retreat. Guests also have access to the fire pit and BBQ grill. The Guest Suite has a separate entrance with lockbox, making self check-in easy and stress-free. Other things to note Check-in / check-out: 4 PM / 11 AM (Early check-in at 3 PM for $25, late check-out until 12–1 PM for $25/hr — please confirm in advance) Bedding: Hotel-style duvet covers, washed after every guests (no top sheet) Fire safety: Use the fire pit next to the parking spot; backyard bonfire is not available.
