Description
Discover the magic of living underground. We are HOBBIT HOTEL ECOLODGE, a new concept of lodging that proposes new experiences based on reconnection with nature. An underground construction, made with the SUPERADOBE technique, which uses the earth obtained by digging the foundations as raw material to build walls and ceilings. No iron, bricks, water, or cement are used. Be amazed by the unique view, live an otherworldly experience. Welcome! The space HOBBIT HOTEL ECOLODGE - HHE Mixed construction that combines two seemingly opposite worlds. One completely metallic, industrial, which rescued more than 30 tons of scrap metal and gave them a new life, removing their negative impact from the planet. The other is an ancestral world, with zero metals in its construction, in harmony with Mother Earth. Both disruptive, both full of magic, both offer a comfortable stay and the certainty of spending unique and unforgettable moments. CONTAINER area This area is made up of 4 40-foot High Cube containers. Decoration made with antiques, scrap metal, recovered objects, works of art and furniture made from pallets. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (can be used by guests), gas stove, wood stove, BBQ area, gas fireplace, bar, guest bathroom, electric heater, dining room, three living and reading rooms, terrace - solarium, sun loungers, pergola with covered room and wood-burning fireplace, view of the dam, TV area. In this area there are two rooms equipped for guests with a bathroom, minibar, desk, and air conditioning. HOBBIT area In this area we built 4 underground "Hobbit" houses of 44 square meters each. We fused the housing idea of the Hobbits of the Lord of the Rings, of underground houses, with the "Earthbag" or "Superadobe" technique, which consists of building from the earth obtained by excavating the foundations. This technique, created by Iranian architect Nader Khalili, respects the environment and generates minimal environmental impacts because it does not use water, cement, bricks, or iron. The result could not be more impressive. We achieved warm, anti-seismic, thermal, and acoustic spaces. Each hobbit house has a bathtub/jacuzzi, sofa, desk, coffee station, ecological fireplace, mini bar, gas grill, picnic set, terrace, view of the dam, private bathroom, French amenities, 300 thread count linen. Guest access dam, lakes, kitchen, terrace, BBQ, fireplaces, During your stay The hosts are attentive to answering guests' questions Other things to note Our surroundings couldn't be more magical. View of the imposing dam. An ocean of fresh water surrounds us along with the bewitching Patula pine forests that surround the shores, offering a dreamy landscape. Inside the property we have more than 15 small natural lakes of internal springs, with colorful water lilies that delight the eye and relax the soul. The dam can be accessed from the property. On this side, the water is clean and refreshing for a nautical outing or a refreshing swim. Registration Details 146030
