The space As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a warm and friendly living room, equipped with a television for your moments of relaxation. Our fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals. It's equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. The outside is undoubtedly the jewel in our house. Imagine cooling off on a hot summer's day in our little nook hidden beneath a grotto, a veritable haven of coolness. You can relax, read a book or simply enjoy the soothing ambience of this unique space. Upstairs, you'll find a bright bedroom with two single beds, perfect for families or friends travelling together. There's also a modern, functional bathroom with everything you need for your comfort. On the top floor, you'll discover a master bedroom. With its cosy ambience, it offers absolute peace and quiet for peaceful nights. The proximity of the River Seine also gives you the chance to enjoy water sports, boat trips or simply relax by the water. A cycle path takes you to Rouen in just 30 minutes, making the most of the banks of the Seine. If you fancy a spot of shopping, the village of Tourville-la-Rivière is close by, with its boutiques and shopping centres sure to please. The A13 motorway is also within easy reach, giving you easy access to the region and all the treasures it has to offer. Other things to note Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. They start at 4pm and depart no later than 11am. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
