Early check in at 2pm - $25 fee Late check out at 12pm - $25 fee We take pride in keeping our apartment clean and tidy, and we ask that you do the same during your stay. Please clean up after yourself and leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. We welcome families with children, and we can provide pack n play and high chair upon request. There is a $75 pet fee per pet for stays of 7 nights or less. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted. As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests.
