Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! Wishing you a warm welcome in our beautiful family home in Clevedon. Our 4 bedroom Victorian property has plenty of space for you to enjoy your stay. Each bedroom has its very own en suite and views over Clevedon. The modern kitchen & diner comfortably seats 6-8 people and the cosy lounge will make for an enjoyable evening in. It is centrally located, only a few minutes walk to the local shops and 10 minutes from the water front. The space Our recently refurbished family home has lots of character with its stain glass windows and original Victorian features coupled with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Our house is available when we are away and will be left clean and tidy but is not a hotel or rental property. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do! Split over 4 floors our home offers flexible sleeping arrangements. On the first floor the main bedroom has a super king bed and en-suite with rain shower, bath tub, sink and toilet. The second bedroom has a single bed, but a cot or double blow up bed can be set up if needed. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a rain shower, sink and toilet. On the second floor the third bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. The final bedroom has a semi permanent blow up king size bed and en-suite with rain shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. There are two dedicated work spaces set up in this room. The ground floor comprises the lounge, kitchen / diner and a play room. The lounge is a calming space with projector tv to enjoy your favourite shows from the comfy sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with two built in ovens, induction hot, Smeg fridge freezer, boiling water tap, coffee machine, microwave and all kitchen essentials. The dining area has a seating alcove for 6-8 people with views into the garden. Access to the garden is down a few steps where you can enjoy eating outdoors on the patio and garden furniture. There is a single swing and slide for the little ones to enjoy too. The utility room is in the basement with a washer drier and clothes rack. Guest access You will have full private access to the house, garden and driveway which is big enough for 2 cars. On street parking is also available. Other things to note Minimum stay is 7 nights. We offer 2 week and 1 month discounts as prefer longer stays.
