Enjoy the splendid view of the ski resort "Val St-Côme", 3 minutes from it. Making you live an unforgettable stay with family or friends while offering you a nature getaway in the beautiful region of Lanaudière is our goal!! Guest access You will enjoy full privacy with access to the entire chalet and its outdoor areas!! Other things to note ** CAMERAS ** Security cameras are positioned outside the chalet, monitoring the entrance. Parties are STRICTLY PROHIBITED at the chalet. We rely on you to help maintain a positive relationship with the neighbors. ** FIREPLACE / WOOD ** Both an indoor and an outdoor fireplace are available for your use. If you plan to have multiple fires, additional wood will be necessary. You can purchase extra wood nearby, and I will provide the address before your arrival (just ask me!). The outdoor fire is available year-round! ** HOT TUB ** The hot tub is at your disposal all year long! ** BARBECUE ** Our barbecue is available all year long, including during the cold weather months. ** TV ** We have a smart TV in the unit. You will have access to apps like Netflix, Prime, etc... ** MUNICIPAL REGULATIONS ** Please adhere to the regulations established by the municipal council. Outdoor activities that produce noise are prohibited between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. the following morning. Guests are not allowed to bring and launch their own boats on the lake. ** Maximum of 12 adults (16+)** ** NOTICE ** As the area is currently undergoing development, the roads remain unpaved. We recommend using a 4-wheel drive vehicle during winter and spring. Rest assured, our chalet's roads and parking area are regularly maintained and professionally cleared of snow!!
