My home has charcoal grill, tiki fire pit, outdoor seating under the stars. The kitchen has Keurig coffee & drip, air fryer, microwave, cooktop, Instant Pot. The space My Tiny Home is called Wooded Paradise Cabin, it’s a great location for a writers retreat and/or couples retreat just to chill and relax. Available 4 weeks only in October 2024 as I occupy it myself. This is your place for serenity and peacfulness . With one queen bed and a sofa couch, it suits 2 people easily. Upon your arrival, you'll notice that most houses in the vicinity have been given names. It boasts an open-concept design, creating a spacious ambiance that surpasses its actual size. The interior is cozy, and the patio door is equipped with a fly screen, enabling you to keep the ceiling fans on and enjoy refreshing breezes if desired. Moreover, my home features a unique Tiki fire pit, and you'll find instructions on how to use it in the house booklet provided. I have a charcoal grill at my home for your use as well. My lot is secluded, very private and the views of deer and mountains and spectacular. It is a 3/4 acre lot with many trees to keep the property shaded and cool. Situated within a small community comprising only 31 Tiny Homesites, the complex offers a pool that my guests can access during their stay. These homes are residences and this why there is so much peacefulness. Likeminded people live here for the same reason I do. Only two sites are available for AirBnB rental due to the community rules and regulations. Inside the house, you'll find two smart TVs—one in the living room and another in the bedroom—allowing you to enjoy entertainment at your leisure. They are Smart TVs and you can sign in to your favorite streaming channels if you wish. The wifi connection here is excellent, and on clear evenings, you'll be treated to an exceptional view of the moon, stars, and sunsets/sunrises. Feel free to indulge in the numerous amenities available in the gated Silver Hills Estates community/common area, including the pool, a shaded community area by the pool featuring TVs, a gas fire pit, a wood-burning fire pit, a walking trail, and a gas barbecue grill. Other things to note I have a pellet burning Tiki fire pit in my personal sitting area in the woods. There is also a charcoal grill available for use with utensils. There is a “0” gravity lounge chair, 2 sitting chairs, small tables, and an outdoor beanbag chair for very comfortable and cozy seating. See pictures in photo section. Do not use any wood in the Tiki fire pit. Pellets and charcoal are available for use in it and the grill.
