Living in the "Snickerbo" - like Astrid Lindgren

Our house "Snickebo" (old carpenter's workshop of the farm) is located in a secluded location with a fenced garden (unseen) in the middle of Småland. After the renovation in March 2024, the house can also be inhabited all year round. The lake can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, a bike path passes about 100 meters from the house. Dogs are very welcome, the property of the Snickebo is fenced. There is an extra playhouse for children that is stocked with toys. Address: Elmehult 7, Urshult The space The accommodation is designed for 4 persons. One bedroom is a walk-through room with 2 single beds, the other room is equipped with a double bed. The stairs is secured with a children's fence. There is a big stand fridge and freezer. There is also a stove with 4 hotplates and a self-sufficient oven. On the same property beyond the street we have set up a playhouse (not a treehouse, but a "real" house), in which games, a Brio railway, books and much more are available for children - so even in days with rain, it does not get boring for the offspring. Other things to note The house got new windows in March 2024, a new front door and a heat pump and is now also habitable all year round. We also rent throughout the winter. On request there are 2 canoes on the shore of the Åsnen. The canoeing rack is about an 8-minute walk from the house. A swimming spot, which is a bit spicy and very "close to nature", can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. A swimming beach for children is about 7 km away in Urshult. We ask for attention: In the period from 01.09.-30.04. we charge electricity costs in the amount of 3 SECONDS per Kwh.
