THE VILLAS: This listing consists of three modern 4bed luxury villas so total 12 bedrooms that can fit up to 30 people. The 2 villas are next to each other (only separated by a wall), while the 3rd villa is 100 metres away. The villas have ample sun light thanks to their huge glass doors overlooking the pool areas. 3 OPEN PLAN LIVING AREAS (1 PER VILLA): The open plan living areas include: • Three western style modern marble kitchens with oven, fridge, water dispenser, microwave, toaster, rice cooker plus much more (1 per villa) • The kitchens also feature one safety box each • Three dining tables (one 8pax and two 10pax) for one too many dinners (1 per villa) • Three huge comfy sofas with coffee tables and smart flat screen TVs with Netflix (1 per villa) • There are also board games and one electric keyboard for guests to use *Each dining area can fit up to 8-10 people. The 11th bedroom has a king size (180*200cm) bed and the 12th bedroom two single beds. • The first villa has one super king size bedroom (200*200cm) and three queen size (160*200cm) bedrooms. The second villa features one super king size (200*200cm) bedroom, two queen size (160*200cm) bedrooms and one king size (180*200cm) bedroom. The third villa has one super king size (200*200cm) bedroom, two queen size (160*200cm) bedrooms and one twin bedroom. • The master bedroom suite in one of the villas has smart flat screen TV with Netflix (in addition to the smart TV at the open living space). • Some king size bedrooms have canopy beds with mosquito nets. • All bedroom suites include AC, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes and office space, while some have private lounge spaces and balconies • All 12 bathrooms (4 per villa) have shower and hot water and some also come with 2 sinks each and bathtubs. • We have taken care of each and every detail to guarantee a great night’s sleep.
